The Diversify the Future Foundation was founded to transform STEM workplaces by ensuring that under-represented communities have increased access to education and the qualifications that will empower change, elevate communities and increase diversity in STEM-related professions.
We've developed an innovative scholarship program and intend to transform and shape the world of STEM by empowering talent to excel in STEM careers, inspiring the next generation of brilliant minds, and allowing employers to access an enriched talent pool.

Our scholarship program has been designed to provide pathways for individuals from under-represented or disadvantaged backgrounds to access STEM-specific college scholarships for Chicago-based residents.
Our Mission
The Diversify the Future Foundation is sponsored by one of the leading technology staffing firms in the USA, Engtal.
Engtal is a significant contributor to philanthropic causes and believes in equal opportunities for all.
As an enabler of the foundation program, Engtal will allocate scholarship funding through its network of placements and contributes at least $1000 for every underrepresented candidate they place, making STEM careers more accessible to all.
We prioritize our funding to activities and programs with broad reach, support underserved communities' needs, and advance diversity, inclusion, and equality within the STEM industries.
