The TIARA Talent Solutions awards celebrate excellence and innovation in the talent acquisition and recruitment sector. Their Innovative Employee Solutions DE&I Award recognize companies who demonstrate a clear impact against a progressive DE&I agenda, whether helping an employer take their first steps or reach new levels of inclusion.
The Diversify the Future Foundation was founded to transform STEM workplaces by ensuring that under-represented communities have increased access to education, inspiring the next generation of brilliant minds, and allowing employers to access an enriched talent pool. This project is sponsored by one of the leading technology staffing firms, Engtal, which contributes at least $1000 for every underrepresented candidate they place.
Being Highly Commended for the DE&I Award underscores our role in driving diversity and setting new standards for inclusivity in the STEM industry, especially for young people entering the profession. It reflects our constant dedication to creating equitable opportunities and promoting a culture where diversity is seen as a strength. Our initiative aims to bridge the gap between underrepresented talent and industry opportunities. Thanks to our partners we deliver an innovative scholarship programme providing access to STEM education without any financial barriers.
